Opening an account with the RUOCHS is free and easy. If you are a current Rutgers student, faculty or staff member, you can create an account with us here using your RU NetID. If you are not affiliated with the university, or are a university alumnus, you can create an account with us here.

Anyone can use our service to search housing and roommate listings, to look through our large collection of independent living documents, and to check our resource guides to local and state level laws, all without creating an account. But, if you are looking to create a listing with us you must make an account. Account creation has it's advantages! For landlords who own multiple properties, these properties can be stored in our system so that they don't have to be entered year after year. For anyone looking to place listings, we offer excellent contact information management.
