:: Housing Search
Our office was established to help students find
accommodations off-campus. Our website
can provide you with information on available rentals in the local area.
How To Find Rental Listings
Our directory of currently available off-campus housing is readily accessible from our
Search Page. All listings are available online, and these
listings are updated continuously throughout the day. Be sure to read our
Terms of Use before calling, looking at, or renting
any vacancies listed with our services.
How To Create Listings With Our Service
If you have a place to rent in the Camden, Newark, or New Brunswick areas; you can
list your property with us. Please view our listing
rates. As a courtesy to our community, please call us immediately when listings are
no longer available. This avoids unnecessary phone calls for you and assures that listings are still available to the community so users do not waste their time calling to
find out it is no longer available.
All Rutgers students receive a free room and/or roommate listing. The
listing can be renewed for free, for as long as you wish. We verify
your student status online, or we will contact you to send in a copy
of your valid Rutgers ID card.
