The Birchwood Terrace Apartments will start taking applications for June 2005 in
January of 2005.

STYLE A - FOR 3 PERSONS OR LESS
* Two Bedroom, 1 Full Bath *

Style A Apartments Include:

  • 700 square feet of living space
  • Oversized Living room area with large storage closets
  • Kitchen supplied with 17 cu. ft. frost-free refrigerator, full size range, and generous cabinet and counter space. Room for seating in kitchen.
  • 1 full bath and Linen closet
 


  • Large bedroom suitable for use as a double with a large clothes closet; smaller bedroom with closet can be used as a single, a dining room or an office.
  • Central Air-Conditioning and Heating, individually controlled. Tenants pay their own utilities directly to PSE&G, average costs for the "A" style are $40.00 - $60.00 per month.
  • Pre-Wired for cable TV.
  • Bottom floor apartments have tiled floors; middle or top floor apartments have hardwood floors.

STYLE D - FOR 5 PERSONS OR LESS
* Four Bedroom, 2 Full Baths *

Style D Apartments Include:

  • 1200 square feet of living space.
  • Living room area with at least one walk-in closet, some styles have two closets,
  • Kitchen supplied with 17 cu. ft. frost-free refrigerator, full size range, and generous cabinet and counter space. Room for seating.
  • 2 Full bathrooms and a Linen closet
 


  • Capability of 4 bedrooms. Large bedroom suitable for use as a double, has the one full bath in it. Two additional bedrooms with nice storage closets, and an additional room which has double doors which can be closed to create a fourth bedroom or den.
  • Central Air-Conditioning and Heating, individually controlled. Tenants pay their own utilities directly to PSE&G, average costs for the "D" style are $80.00 - $100.00 per month.

  • Bottom floor apartments have tiled floors; middle or top floor apartments have hardwood floors.

Special Notes/Policies

Pets are not permitted.

There are no application fees, however a deposit must be left with application. The deposit is applied to the first month's rent upon acceptance. The deposit is fully refunded if you are not accepted for the apartment. The deposit fee for the "A" and "B" styles is $500.00, for the "C" style $900.00 and for the "D" style $1000.00

 Many students do not meet the income and employment requirements for our applications. You are able to use co-signers on the applications. This is explained in more detail on the application. We are happy to FAX or mail copies of our applications. Please call to request one.

 Leases are usually one year terms. Tenants are allowed to sublet, with authorization from the Office.
