 Apartment Complex Directory Listing includes:
- Name
- Address

- Web Url (without hyperlink)
Fee: $100.00/year
Profile Listing consists of a basic webpage (built by OCHS) containing a description about your apartment complex. The webpage will be hosted on our server. Listing includes:
- Apartment complex directory listing (as described above)
Profile listings may also include a web URL with hyperlink to the complex's existing website.
- One graphic image (logo, picture)
- Description of complex
Fee: $240.00 for the 1st year, Renewal: $180.00/year
Comprehensive Website consists of a detailed website (built by OCHS) focused on your apartment complex. The website will be hosted on our server. Website includes:
- Apartment complex directory listing (as described above)
Profile listings may also include a web URL with hyperlink to the complex's existing website.
- Floor plans
- Maps
- Informational pages
- Model descriptions
- Office hours
- Graphic images*
Fee: $550.00 for the 1st year, Renewal: $330.00/year
*Comprehensive websites may also include an optional photo slideshow feature for an additional fee. The photo section of a comprehensive web page can be displayed as a picture slideshow with captions. The slideshow runs on an automatic loop displaying the photos you choose to include. It can be paused or stopped, by the viewer, and also skipped to a specific photo. Initial set-up for the slideshow is an additional $200 for the first year, and an additional $100 for each renewal year. Comprehensive web pages without a photo slideshow may still display all photos on one page without the additional slideshow fee.
