   Rutgers University will accept for listing only those houses, apartments and rooms which are available to our students, faculty and staff regardless of race, religion, color, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, disability, marital status or veteran status. Failure to comply with our anti-discrimination policy may result in suspension of your listing privileges and/or referral to appropriate agencies.

2. I state that my rental is in compliance with all applicable municipal codes and ordinances, and all applicable state and federal laws. Failure to comply with this policy may result in suspension of your listing privileges and/or referral to an enforcement authority.

:: Credit Policy

The Rutgers Off-Campus Housing Service website is designed so that listings are uploaded to our database identical to how they are entered by the customer. Posting is not immediate, but will occur by the end of the next business day. The Rutgers Off-Campus Housing Service does reserve the right to edit or reject a listing if it contains inappropriate content. In addition, confirmation of listing addresses and the total cost is presented immediately after the order is completed. After the customer confirms their order and payment is processed, the receipt will appear on the screen. Please print and keep receipt for your records. Please note that the Rutgers Off-Campus Housing Service does not issue credit or extensions.
